Booking Policies

• $200 non-refundable booking fee

• Consultation is required if you have previous work that is not mine, must be approved before moving forward.

• NO children, or friends the day of your appointment. I want to have my attention on you and you only.

• 10+ minutes late your appointment will be canceled & you’ll be charged 50% of your service

• 48 hr noticed REQUIRED, clients must reschedule/cancel appointment 48 hrs in advance, or a new deposit is required

• Same day cancellations & no shows will be charged 90% of your service

• If you reschedule more than once your deposit is lost. A new deposit will be required.

• A touch-up outside of 12 weeks will be charged the annual touch-up fee. This includes 6-8 week touch-ups that are rescheduled multiple times.

• ALL services are non-refundable, this goes for booking fees under no circumstances.
